The Junior Backpack trip is
a great opportunity for someone
who has never experienced
"We saw and knew God's
protection on this trip."backpacking in the outdoors or has and wants to go again. The trip stays close to home, usually within two-three hours drive from Covenant Point. Enjoy a beautiful part of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan by carrying everything on your back: food, shelter, clothes, and sleeping in various sites in a tent. Along the trail, you will share experiences with the trip staff and your fellow "trippers". Growing closer to God as you view his beautiful creation builds your faith. Our qualified Trips directors lead campers through daily devotionals and camp fire talks that enhance each person's spiritual growth. "The trip leaders made this trip an awesome time." "I liked having new experiences and meeting new friends." "I saw things I would have never seen at home.: |
