| COLUMBUS DAY RETREAT--OCTOBER 6 - 8 for middle school church groups from Illinois. |

| It was a great weekend for fun, singing, talks, fellowship, warm weather, and many activities with 125 in attendance. The churches represented were the Covenant churches from Hinsdale, Stillman Valley, Galesburg, Princeton, North Park, Libertyville, Winnetka, Joliet, and the Methodist church from St. Charles. Point staffers who helped out were Rachel Fredrickson, Julie Musselman, and Colby Mecher. The speaker was Nate Severson a junior high youth pastor from Overland, Kansas. He talked about situations in the Bible and how those related to the present day and to each person. The photos below show the fun that went on.
