| THIRD GRADERS FOREST PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS OCTOBER 23--EARTH SCIENCE EXPLORATION DAY |

| Despite the cold and rainy day which prevented outdoor activities, these 3rd graders, their teachers, Mrs Santi and Mrs Soderberg, and parents, know that activity and learning took place for each of the four discovery groups and the big group activities. Topic highlighted were conserving and caring for resources, soils and erosion, human impact on the environment, minerals and rock cycle, and renewable and non-renewable resources.
