Plan a Retreat With Us

Covenant Point provides exceptional accommodations to groups seeking a retreat or conference site, or wilderness trip outfitting and guiding into the Upper Peninsula’s surrounding wilderness areas. We serve groups of many kinds – youth, corporate, family, church, scouts, home-school, and quilters to name a few – tailoring the activities, meals, housing, and staff to meet your needs.

Our location and excellent lodging offer simple but comfortable hospitality to our guests, as a place to stay or as a base-camp for an adventure on trail. Our smaller size affords us an ability to prepare excellent, home-made meals and enjoy them in the welcoming space of our dining hall. Our staff is exceptional; passionate about what we do, and eager to build relationships and serve. We’re 15 minutes from Ski Brule, a top Midwest ski destination, and our property sits at the head of the Ge-Che cross-country ski trail (16 kilometers of beginner-intermediate trails), which we groom and track with our own equipment. Our property boasts an island, (with high and low ropes elements), a concentrated mainland area, (with lodging and dining facilities along the shore of beautiful and quiet Hagerman Lake), and a “back 40,” (with our Track n’ Trail high ropes course, zip line, low ropes elements, a nature center, 2 yurts – sleeping 8 each, and interpretive nature trail).
