Payment and Cancellation


Camps fill on a first come, first served basis. Spots will be held only with a completed registration form, (received online or by mail), and valid payment.  You may register & pay at  By mail, send completed registration form to 358 W. Hagerman Lake Road, Iron River, MI 49935.

Deposit or full payment assures a place at the desired camp week. We accept VISA or MasterCard. Credit card payments must be for the full amount and included with your registration. Financial aid is available for those in need here, or by calling 906.265.2117. Full registration balance is due 14 days before first day of camp session.

Camp Arrival and Departure

Check-in begins at 4pm CDT the first day; camp ends at 1pm CDT the last day. Call CPBC at 906.265.2117 if questions.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel, we need written notification via email or mail. Refunds are given when cancellation notice is received:

    • Cancellation more than 14 days before the first day of camp, full refund minus registration deposit.
    • Cancellation less than 14 days before the first day of camp, no refund. 
    • Medical cancellations at any time, full refund minus $25 processing fee; deposit and fees paid are transferable.
    • Cancellations (except medical) involving Bring-a-Friend/Family discounts results in the loss of applicable discount.

Non-refundable deposits are as follows:

    • $75 for youth camps
    • $250 for family camps
    • $200 for ASD family camp
    • Medical cancellations: if doctor’s verification is provided prior to the start of camp, full refund will result minus a $25 processing fee.
