Dear camp friends and alumni,
You are invited to join us this summer to celebrate 100 years of ministry!
Centennial Celebration: August 6-9, 2026
Centennial Celebration & Triathlon Registration opens Tuesday, January 13.
@8AM just for STAFF ALUMNI!
@ 9AM for ALL!
SAVE THE DATES!
We are in the midst of planning an intergenerational, family-oriented, 3-day centennial celebration, beginning with dinner on Thursday, August 6, and concluding with a worship service and cookout on Sunday, Aug 9. In Celebration of God at work, the program will include storytelling, art, songs, campfires, games, waterfront activities, excursions and intergenerational worship. Our annual triathlon fundraiser event will be a part of the celebration (with only the sprint version of the race) happening the morning of Saturday, Aug 8.
Start making plans now and register on Jan 13!
Due to the limited number of lodging options available, we are encouraging folks who have a home or cottage in the Hagerman Lake area to invite other camp-connected families to join them for the event!
Lodging options available for reservation onsite at camp will include:
-
- 10 large-capacity family rooms (each with 8-12 beds, for a minimum of 6 people). Get your group together and have one adult representative register your group as a family. For this event, we’re using the term “family” loosely – feel free to put any group together however it works for you. These family rooms are only available for those registering for the full Thursday to Sunday experience.
- (Newly renovated) Pine Lodge (two, 8-person bedrooms and two 12-person bedrooms, with shared bathrooms) – minimum of 6 people.
- Cedar Lodge (four, 10-person bedrooms, each with its own bathroom) – minimum of 6 people
- Aspen Lodge (two 8-person bedrooms, each with its own bathroom) – minimum of 6 people
- 2 medium-capacity rustic family Back 40 yurts (each with 8 beds, for a minimum of 4 people). Get your group together and have one adult representative register your group as a family. For this event, we’re using the term “family” loosely – feel free to put any group together however it works for you. Bathrooms for yurt folks include a nearby outhouse and two Nature Center bathrooms (shared with tent/trailer campers). The yurts are only available for those registering for the full Thursday to Sunday experience – minimum of 4 people
- 12 beds of mixed housing for female adults only: Hemlock Lodge left – these are available whether registering for the whole experience, or daily.
- 12 beds of mixed housing for male adults only: Hemlock Lodge right – these are available whether registering for the whole experience, or daily.
- Bring your own camping trailer or tent!
- The Back 40 field will be available to tent or trailer camp (no electric or water hookup available for camper trailers)
- The Nature Center will be available for bathrooms for campers.
In addition to these options, we have a block of rooms at the AmericInn in Iron River (20 minutes away) available on a first come, first served basis. Additionally, camp is 10 minutes from Lake Ottawa Campground, and 20 minutes from Iron River RV Park, and 15 minutes from Ski Brule Lodging.
More details, including prices for housing and meals, will be communicated by Jan 1.
Centennial Celebration and Triathlon registration will open @ 8AM for staff alumni and @ 9AM for all on Tuesday, Jan 13. Save the date! Until then, please feel free to reach out with any questions. Looking forward to seeing many of you at the Centennial Celebration!
