Excited to offer this opportunity to enjoy camp this fall! This is a wonderful weekend to relax and spend time enjoying your church family, friends, good books, games, and warm fireplaces while immersed in the beauty of Upper Michigan in the fall.
Camp buildings are warm, and there is wood available for fireplaces and wood-stoves. Wool sweaters, heavy jackets, and plenty of warm socks are most appropriate. Camp policy prohibits alcoholic beverages on camp grounds and smoking in camp buildings.
Optional Activities include:
- Sauna and dip in the lake
- Canoeing and kayaking on Hagerman Lake
- Fishing (must possess valid MI fishing license if you are above the age of 16)
- Indoor climbing wall
- Ping pong and foosball in the Canteen
- Games and puzzles
- Service Project
- Evening Campfire
* If registration numbers do not meet a minimum requirement, CPBC reserves the right to cancel the retreat. In this event, rather than run the retreat as planned, we’d offer a lodge rental option instead. See rental details at www.cpbc.com/lodge-rental. We’ll make the decision whether or not to run this program two weeks prior to it’s start date.
