Update on Fall & Winter Retreat COVID-19 Protocols:

Spring 2022

Following a safe and successful 2021-22 Retreat season, we are grateful to be planning for the our 2022-23 retreat season (and Summer!).

We continue to be encouraged and hopeful as camp programs return to some normalcy.

In conjunction with health professionals, we will continue to monitor and make appropriate adjustments to our protocols in order to prioritize safety. That being said, here are a few pieces of guidance related to COVID:

  • CPBC will continue to embrace the natural beauty of camp and conduct much of our programming outdoors. Please plan to dress for outdoor activities.
  • We are strongly encouraging all campers, guests, and volunteers to get vaccinated prior to participating in a camp retreat. We do have testing capability onsite, which may be utilized in conjunction with parents and our local health department.
  • A suspected or confirmed case of COVID at camp will result in clear and timely communication to affected family members, quarantining and medical care of the participant, supervised and programmed isolation of the whole group, and close contact with our local health department.
  • If, because of a COVID-19 exposure, illness, or related concern, you need to cancel, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may transfer your deposit and fees to a future Covenant Point program. In the event of a full camp cancellation by Covenant Point due to COVID-19, all registration fees, including full deposit, will be refunded.

We look forward to welcoming you or your family member back to camp this fall or winter for a time away to enjoy the experience of community, outdoor adventure, rest, worship, and play.

Thank you for your trust!
